The Entry Period 1 odds use entries received for the applicable Prize Pool during the full Sweepstakes Period, which continues after that drawing. Entrants can't determine whether Entry Period 2 entries affect the earlier drawing or its stated odds. Odds language must describe entries eligible for the applicable drawing, entry period, and prize pool.

Florida and New York filing status requires confirmation

The promotion includes Florida and New York and states a total prize value above $5,000. Registration, bonding, timing, and any required closing filings should be confirmed outside the rules document. Official rules usually don't show whether required registration and bonding occurred.

Release language could receive stronger presentation

Section 8, General Rules

The release appears within a long paragraph in the general rules section in ordinary sentence case. Stronger presentation could make the release easier to locate. Presentation concerns receive a note when the required substance exists.

Class action waiver should stand out

Section 10, Disputes

Section 10 requires individual claims and excludes class actions. You should present that waiver in ALL CAPS so it stands out from the surrounding dispute terms. This receives a Note because the waiver language is already present.
